Novemebr 4th, 2016

This was a very fun reveal at Blizzcon for us." Hacking" Blizzcon was a great idea and entertaining to hear the crowd reaction. I had the honor to work on the cinematic look development for Sombra. This included the Texturing, Shading, and hair groom using xgen in Maya.

Another fun reveal at Blizzcon. I was the Surfacing Lead and got to work on the stylized cinematic version of Varian, painting his textures and lookdev. Shout out to Sam Alicea for his Surfacing work on Ragnaros.

August 18th, 2016

This episode was a unique one for us since we weren't able to leverage an environment from the game. All previous episodes have used a map from the game to help guide the look of the cinematic version. In this case, Toni Braticevic defined the initial look we were going for. I was the Surfacing Lead for this project, mostly working on random odds and ends inthe forest. I did the moss grooms on Bastion as well. Shout out to Jongha Baik for the Surfacing on Bastion.

I worked on a handful of the Thugs Surfacing for this episode. Got to Groom my first mohawk with xgen. The glow in the dark Tattoos were an interesting look for us to find. The end result came out very cool.

Dragons, the third Overwatch episode is out and I did the Texture, Lookdev, and xgen hair groom for Hanzo. This of course based off the Game Teams amazing original creation.

This was a fun piece to work on! I was the surfacing depratment lead for this commercial. The overwatch Franchise has been especially fun helping bring this new IP to the world.

The Legion cinematic was especially enjoyable to work on since I got to texture, lookdev, and hair groom fan favorite Sylvanas Windrunner for her cinematic debut. I also textured and lookdeved the horde ship she rides into battle.

Here is the Starcraft Legacy of the Void Cinematic I worked on at Blizzard Entertainment. I was in charge of texturing and lookdev for the zealots and the initial protoss skin development under the art direction of Jonathan Berube.
